GOODNESS!! there is this patient who is positive for the VRE virus in the clinic today. and i touched his appointment card without knowing anything. and i didnt wash my hands after that. dont even know if i touch my hair or face! arr.. a bit unhappy at how the clinic staff handle patients positive for certain viruses. I mean at least they should have told us that this particular patient is coming down to the clinic and we can take necessary precautions. hah but they didnt and the patient just walk ard the clinic like that and when the doctor found out then they did something abt it. it was too late alr by then. actually by right they are supposed to bring the patient to wait at another waiting room separate from the rest of the people. so i went to research on this virus. it can spread to people ard quite easy..just by touching contaminated objects. oh man! 7 more days! |
